REFUND POLICY
 
Farmgate Wines will give you a replacement or refund on product that is faulty or does not match our description. If the product in question is no longer available, we will offer you the option of a refund or other replacement.
 
To claim your refund you need to show us proof of purchase with a receipt or invoice. If you purchased a 'special offer', we may refund in accordance with the 'special offer' terms. Sorry we can't give a refund on free items.
 
Refunds will be issued using your original method of payment.
 
Farmgate Wines reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange on items not described above.
